We've used Ruby twice and she was great. First for a general reorg of kitchen/ closets/ and extra room and again to help with an outdoor shed. She has a knack for seeing what the 'after' version should look like while looking at a messy room/ overloaded closet and then visualizes it for you and helps with the planning and logistics along the way. We recommended her to two other families who them hired her.
